Dear Staff of Angels,
Our family, especially me, would like to express our thanks and gratitude for the loving care that my mother, Martha, received during her five years she was a resident. As we all know, she was sometimes very difficult, often grouchy, sometimes nice, but always had a loving heart. This can be a very difficult combination when trying to care for someone, but you never gave up. If it had not been for all of you, she would not have lived the additional five years that she did.
I will always consider the five years of residence at Heritage Manor Healthcare Center a gift from God. If it hadn’t been for the peace of mind provided by all of you, Martha and I would not have had the extra years to love one another without the stress of her life choices. I will be forever grateful to everyone that helped her during this time.
When we emptied Martha’s room at Heritage, it was like having to say goodbye to part of our family. The tears that came as we all said goodbye to Martha during the last few days were overwhelming. Your caring and sadness helped me see that others saw her kind heart underneath all of that sometimes gruff exterior. We will never forget the kindness and care that Mother was given, and will continue to tell folks when we can.

Dear Bobbie,
My mother and I want to thank you and all of those who cared for my dad, Mark, during the six months he was in your facility. Everyone-the nurses, aides therapists, staff and others—were so attentive to his daily needs and friendly to him and our family during this sad and difficult period. Several times, Dad told me that he really appreciated the help, concern and kindness that everyone there was giving him. The nurses kept us informed of his condition. The care team meetings where Dad’s status and options were discussed openly and with compassion were especially helpful to us. I also want to thank you, Bobbie, for your personal counsel. We are still adjusting to his passing but are comforted greatly in knowing that Dad received such excellent care beyond expectations. It truly was an answer to our prayers. May God bless your group and all that you are doing.

Cannot remember names but ALL staff members were "Super". I liked that the rooms were close to the nurses station. Every employee was friendly to me. Your facility needs more parking but I guess getting more ground for parking is impossible. Perhaps you could build a 6-story parking garage (ha). Your facility is a wonderful place and serves a GOOD need for this area. If myself or Ms. Branson ever need your services again we will be there.

Dear COO:
Carole and I want to thank Bobbie and the entire staff at Heritage Manor for the wonderful, professional care that Don received during his stay of 18 years with her, until his death. Bobbie and her staff were always there for him and us; his family. Bobbie and Heritage Manor Healthcare Center not only met but exceeded our special needs and requests.
Because of Bobbie's great dedication to the facility and all families, we never worried about Don nor the care he was receiving; only love and attention at all times. All of the staff always saw that he was involved in activities and every staff member became care-giving friends to him. We were always content in knowing that Don was in the best facility, receiving the best nursing care, under the best Administrator and management team that we could have ever placed him with.
Bobbie runs a tight, professional and credible facility that any family would be proud to say that they have placed a family member with. If all healthcare facilities were operated and led by a person with her integrity and ethics, there would be no issues regarding healthcare anywhere.
We all want to thank Bobbie so much - myself and his sister Carole, for all she and her staff did for Don while he was a resident and patient under her care.

Dear Bobbie:
I want to thank you for the wonderful care that Ginger received during her many months at Heritage Manor Healthcare Center.
I can't say enough good things about the staff who worked with Ginger, especially nurses Michele and Lilly. They were always very professional, yet caring. I know that Ginger liked them very much. Sophie was also very good, but I didn't get to know her as well. The aides were also great, especially Elias, Martha, Lucy and Kari. Elias was one of Ginger's favorites and he could always get a smile out of her. I know that by mentioning these names that I am leaving out others that should also be mentioned, but let me just say that they were ALL very good to Ginger and she liked them.
You should be very proud of the quality of work that Heritage Manor Healthcare Center provides, and I can tell that your leadership is a great part of Heritage Manor's success.
I shall never forget the many kindnesses that you and the staff extended to both Ginger and me. I wish you all continued good fortune.

We would like to thank everyone that was involved in the care of our mom, Bobbie while she was with you. We looked for the right place to go to when the time came and Heritage Manor Healthcare Center was the right place. There are so many horror stories that you hear about certain care centers but you were not one of those. We know that mom is in a much better place now but we cannot thank you and your staff enough for the great care you gave her and the help you and Ken gave to us through the difficult times. Dear Administrator
I want to thank you for the care you provided to my mother, Virgie W., for the five years she resided at Heritage Manor. Every time I visited mother I observed she was receiving individual attention and loving care. The nursing staff, rehab and dining staff were always helping her and available to assist anytime I had a concern or question. Mother always indicated to me she felt safe and cared for by everyone at Heritage Manor.
